To start off understanding the pride that goes into our food, you must first understand the work and preparation that goes into each item. Our dough is prepared daily from the finest Italian flour and fresh water, then measured and rolled by hand to ensure consistency for each order of pizza, calzones, strombolis, or any of our menu items made from scratch.
Every morning we take the best Valoroso tomatoes, freshly chopped basil, hand crushed garlic, and rich olive oil to create our signature red sauce that tops our pizzas, our pastas, and accompanies many of our dishes as the perfect dipping sauce. Romaine hearts are chopped each morning for our salads and sandwiches, along with produce like tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions that are delivered each day to our restaurants.
Each night we marinate our wings in our own blend of oils, vinegars, and spices, a recipe we recently fine-tuned, creating the signature Antonio’s House of Pizza flavor in our wings. We bake the wings first to not only let that flavor set in, but to create a healthier wing for our guests. Each order of wings is then fried to a perfect crisp before being tossed in one of our homemade sauces.
